Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, the Property and its improvements, including without limitation any residence, outbuilding, garage, irrigation and other equipment, are sold AS-IS.  While certain employees of the Seller resided from time to time on the Property, Seller’s officers and principals did not reside or otherwise occupy the property and have no personal knowledge on the condition of the Property, its improvements and equipment.  Any knowledge of Seller’s employee is not imputed to Seller.
